Web Log Viewer Itunes Store Freezes And Won't Load

am using a dell inspiron laptop installed with the windows 7 operating system. Initially i was using the windows Xp system but after the upgradation of the operating system the ITunes Store Freezes and Won't Load . It jsut gets stucked whenever i try to connect, Then finally i quit after the Itunes freezes.

I think that you should try to create a new user account and check whether the same thing happen with it or not. Because sometime such problems are solved when a new user is created on the windows 7 system. Hence i would recommend you to create a new user and check. hope this works

I had this problem with my system too but i finally got the fix by creating a new user account on my system follow the steps mentioned below

* From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.* Open User Accounts.

* Select Create a new account and follow the instructions to complete the account setup process.
* Once the new account is created, choose Log Off from the Start menu.
* Log into the newly created user account.
* Open iTunes and determine whether the issue you were experiencing persists in this new user.

You can solve this problem by updating the version of the Itunes which you are using if you are using it with windows 7. If the problem is not solved yet then try to reinstall it on your system after uninstalling the Itunes from your system and after the re-installation the problem will be solved.

If you are using windows 7 i think there is a compatibility issue with the Itunes application. I have installed the Norton Internet Security 2009 so i added the C:\Program Files\iTunes to the auto-protect exclusions, right after changing this my freezing problem was fixed. hope this will solve your problem too.
