Iis Analyzer Buy Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Low Price | Discount Software Microsoft SQL Server 2008

Buy Microsoft SQL Server 2008 low price

SQL Server 2008 delivers on Microsoft's Data Platform vision by helping your organization manage any data, any place, any time. It enables you to store data from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents, such as images and music, directly within the database. SQL Server 2008 delivers a rich set of integrated services that enable you to do more with your data such as query, search, synchronize, report, and analyze. Your data can be stored and accessed in your largest servers within the data center all the way down to desktops and mobile devices, enabling you to have control over your data no matter where it is stored.

What's new in  Microsoft SQL Server 2008?

Microsoft SQL Server 2008Hot Add CPU support. Hot Add CPU support lets SQL Server 2008 recognize and use any new processors added to the system without needing to reboot the server or stop and start the SQL Server service. Support for Hot Add CPU augments SQL Server's existing Hot Add RAM support, well-equipping SQL Server 2008 to be installed in virtual environments and take part in dynamic workload management.

Resource Governor. Possibly the most important new feature in SQL Server 2008 is the Resource Governor, that lets you control the amount of system resources that SQL Server will allocate to a given workload. For example, the Resource Governor lets you limit the system resources consumed by poorly designed end-user queries that could otherwise adversely impact the system's overall performance. The Resource Governor can also provide more predictable execution for queries and jobs running on the system.tail

Data compression. The new data compression capability is completely transparent to client applications and requires no application changes to use compression. SQL Server 2008's data compression can reduce the size of database data stored on disk and can also significantly decrease backup and restore times by reducing the required I/O.

Transparent data encryption (TDE). TDE extends SQL Server 2005's encryption capabilities. SQL Server 2005 encrypts data at the cell level using encryption functions. However, managing the encryption keys is a manual process, and applications require code changes to access encrypted data. SQL Server 2008's TDE lets you encrypt an entire database and have the encryption be completely transparent to end-user applications.

Policy-Based Management. Policy-Based Management lets a database administrator enforce corporate standards such as database-configuration settings and object-naming conventions across multiple servers.

Change data capture (CDC). For organizations needing to populate data warehouses or other external databases from SQL Server, the new CDC feature alone might be worth the upgrade. CDC does away with the need to write custom code to capture changes. Instead, changes to tables are automatically captured from the transaction log and propagated to a set of target capture tables. CDC can also enhance auditing by capturing all the data changes to target tables.

IntelliSense, debugging, and code-outlining support. In sql server 2000 query analyzer and in SQL Server 2005 you dreamed about IntelliSense auto-completion and the ability to comfortably debug T-SQL code. SQL Server 2008's new IntelliSense support—in SQL Server Management Studio's (SSMS's) Query Editor—provides T-SQL syntax checking and automatic prompting for database object names.

Yes. Sql server management studio 2008 looks very similar to 2005. Auto-complete feature does not start hinting right after you open query editor. It requires some time to gather metadata information. Every syntax error is marked red color.
However, these new features are limited to SQL Server 2008 instances. If you connect Query Editor to a SQL Server 2005 database, you won't get IntelliSense, debugging, or code outlining. In addition, these features are also not present in SSMS Basic, which is used to manage SQL Server 2008 Express and SQL Server 2008 Express with Advanced Services.

New data types. Unlike the DATETIME data type in earlier SQL Server versions, which required you to combine date and time data in one column, SQL Server 2008's new DATE and TIME data types let you store data and time values discretely and there are other new date and time data types that enable more accurate storage of data and time data. A new FILESTREAM data type allows high-speed access to large objects (LOBs). SQL Server 2008 also provides new spatial data types that you can use to build mapping applications.

T-SQL enhancements. As you'd expect from a new SQL Server release, SQL Server 2008 includes a collection of T-SQL enhancements. The DECLARE statement now lets you assign values to a variable. New compound-assignment operators (+=, -=, /=, %=, &=, |=, and ^=) let you more efficiently perform mathematical, XOR, XAND, and string-concatenation operations. A new row-constructor feature lets you use a single INSERT statement to insert multiple rows. A new MERGE statement lets you perform INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE functions in one statement.

Another new T-SQL feature, table-valued parameters, lets you pass a table as a parameter to a stored procedure or function (In sql server 2005 cursor could be used as only output parameter). Table-valued parameters are useful in situations where you need to pass large numbers of parameters to a stored procedure or function. In addition, a new GROUPING SETS feature gives you more control over the output and aggregations used in SQL Server queries.

BI enhancements. Although the business intelligence (BI) enhancements in SQL Server 2008 aren't quite as notable as those in SQL Server 2005, the SQL Server 2008 BI subsystems—SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)—have experienced some important enhancements. SSIS features a new Data Profiling task that lets you analyze data passed through an SSIS package. The Data Profiling task can also output data for later viewing with the Data Profile Viewer. A new Cache Transform lets you cache lookup operations for improved package performance. In addition, the SSIS Script Task is now a Visual Studio Tools for Applications (VSTA) implementation with full support for Microsoft .NET Framework references.

SSAS has fixed Cube and Dimension Wizards that make the design process faster and more intuitive. Microsoft has enhanced the Dimension Designer by enabling it to define attributes' relationships and adding a new visual designer. There are also improvements to the backup and restore process for SSAS databases.

One of the most important enhancements to SSRS is that it no longer requires you to install Microsoft IIS as a prerequisite. In addition, the Report Designer has had a major facelift. There's also a new report format called Tablix that combines the attributes of table and matrix-style reports.

Another feature that can help end users access information in SQL Server 2008 is the ability to author reports in Microsoft Excel and Word. Microsoft has licensed SoftArtisans' OfficeWriter, which integrates Excel and Word with SQL Server and SSAS databases.

Weblog Software Using Weblogs To Drive Traffic To Your Site And Sell Products

How many times have you heard it as a website owner, "You have to get a blog! You have to write a weblog to increase traffic!" To be certain, Internet marketing has expanded beyond the proper combination of keywords in your META tags and saturated content on your landing page. Internet users trust websites laden with relevant content, and search engines give more credence to websites regularly producing that content. Implementing a weblog into your website can make for an integral tool in promoting your business, services, and products.

A weblog, or blog, is a type of website in which content is posted on a regular basis and displayed in reverse chronological order, not unlike a newsfeed, journal or diary. Weblogs are most often created through specialized content management software that allows for instantly publication, unlike a regular website where you may have to update and upload via FTP. Blogging management is more sophisticated in that users may publish to the Internet with a click of the mouse.

Blogs have come into popularity in recent years due to ease of publication. Blogging software is readily available for advanced users, and people who know little about web design may register onto a free blogging service and create a blog in mere minutes. For the online entrepreneur, blogging present many advantages:

Blogging is free!

Weblog software is often presented as a third-party web-based system, applicable to your website with the proper FTP information or onto an ad-supported free site. A number of weblog companies offer their services and software for free, some in exchange for volunteer donations, others in exchange for obligatory advertising. If you are active writer, you can launch a weblog as your main site for free without having to worry about extraneous costs in online marketing.

Blogging helps establish your style!

While many people use blogs to record personal thoughts, creative writing, and random facts, others use blogs to relay political and industrial news and opinion. Many companies, media organizations, and other entities may use blogs to advertise services and items, or relay news faster. Once you get into your personal "blogging zone," you may detect a personal style that attracts readers. If you operating a consulting business, for example, you may use your blog to relay helpful tips to readers and advertise further services. A published author may record adventures in public booksignings and conventions, while the owner of a craft and hobby store may offer pictures of new product or fun project ideas.

Blogs may also be interactive and employ the use of audio media, images, and comment sections for readers to leave feedback. The more opportunities you allow for users to communicate with you through your weblog, the great the opportunity for an increase in business.

An owner of a music-oriented website may be able to embed audio clips into a weblog to showcase represented artists or the owner's own work. This practice is also known as podcasting. Feedback can be collected in comments sections by listeners, which are published instantly as each user relays a message. This in turn can also help reduce SPAM to your inbox by eliminating the need to post an e-mail address.

Blogging is search-friendly!

The amount of fresh, relevant content available on blogs, as opposed to traditional websites, has in recent time captured the attention of the search industry. Google has made available specialized search for blog content, and new search engines geared specifically toward blog content search are finding popularity. News and current issue weblogs, especially, gain much from the growing attention of search resources

It is due to the continuing importance of blog content that SEOs may recommend websites to add blogs and blog content, as blog content tends to be spidered and indexed at a faster rate than traditional weblog content. Blog content may also be syndicated and aggregated into RSS readers for wider exposure. If you are using a third party blog management system, you may find your content is already syndicated via an XML file that is updated with every new post you make. A quick search on the Internet, too, can lead to you numerous compendium sites offering helpful tools to enhance your blog's visibility and usability.

Affiliate Yourself!

Especially if you are an author, musician, or retailer with product sold through third parties, you can use your weblog to generate income. Affiliate marketing is fast becoming a popular method of e-commerce. Serious affiliate commerce experts set up sites unique to the product they wish to market and acquire data feed information from various stories with which they "affiliate." Every time a customer clicks through a link on an affiliate site to purchase a product, the owner of that site makes a small percentage of the sale. If done and marketed properly, one could do well to earn a steady stream of cash through affiliate marketing.

Using affiliate links on your weblog can work to your advantage as well. Say you have a book you wish to promote and it's listed on Amazon.com, BN.com, and other book retailers. Many of these online stores have affiliate programs which allow site owners to use a specially coded URL on their pages to direct traffic to the main store to shop. The code lets Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble know the customers are coming from the affiliated sites, so the affiliate gets a share of each sale.

As an author, you can sign up as an affiliate to promote your own works and collect affiliate income in addition to the royalties you stand to make from the original sale! Same with musicians selling CDs, crafters selling their gifts, and so on.

For an author or retailer of a niche product, an attractive website is an important tool for marketing via the Internet. Your website is your calling card, the ultimate presentation of your work, and as such delivers to visitors the relevant information needed to entice them into purchasing. Search engine optimization tactics like good use of META data and keywords, HTML content that is friendly to search, and strong link popularity can be helpful in driving traffic to your site, but ultimately the best method of promoting your work is to write about your work, and do it often. Updating a website at a constant rate, however, can be a chore, which is why having a blog attached to your site can be an effective tool in online marketing. Get noticed, get a blog, and get to writing!

Iis Statistics How To Dynamically Create Sub Domains

Introduction
Have you even seen a website that immediatly assigns you a personal subdomain as soon as you sign up?  Sometimes it takes the form of: myusername.thewebsite.com or something like that.  This article will show to how to produce that effect so you can offer this feature to your users.

I used this particular feature to offer new groups on my website their own group subdomain. Groupbox is a website for online groups.  So if you went to Groupbox and created a new group, you could also choose a unique subdomain to quickly navigate to your newly created group. It would look something like mynewgroup.groupbox.com.

After reading this guide you will be able to:

Dynamically create subdomains and use them to send users to specific parts of your website.

What you will need:
I’ll need to assume you know a bit about programming on the web, the .NET framework, and in this case some VB.NET.

This guide references websites that are hosted on IIS. If you’re using something else then you can probably still just adapt most of the logic to suit your hosting.

You will probably need to make a change to your DNS zone file for your domain.  We’ll discuss this later.

You will need to use ISAPI_Rewrite (a 3rd party product) to implement this solution. The lite version is free and will suit your needs.  It is installed on the server and uses regular expressions to manipulate URLs. More about this later.

How we are going to do it (Summary)

To achieve the effect of dynamically creating subdomains what we need to:

- redirect all requests sent to the server with a subdomain to a specific page

- somehow let that page know which subdomain was used

- then redirect the user to the specific page their looking for

To do this, we’ll need to do 3 steps.

Step 1: Setup DNS

You will need to create a catchall or wildcard in your DNS zone file so that it will process any requests with a subdomin like they are normal web pages.  By adding the following refernce to your DNS you can achieve this:

                *.yourdomain.com. 14400 A  000.000.000.000

Where the IP address is your webserver IP.  Please note that many DNS are different and that you may not even have direct access to make changes to your zone files. Just contact your hosting company and explain you want to create the above effect and they should be able to do this for you.

Step 2: Configure IIS

You’ll need to let IIS know that you are now sending all sorts of requests for webpages with different domain name host headers.  If this sounds technical then don’t worry – it is easy.  Using IIS, open the properties for your website. Under the ‘Web Site’ tab click ‘Advanced’ next to the IP Address field.  Remove whatever is in the hostheaded field so that it only shows an IP address and a port.

It is possible that you don’t have access to IIS on the server your website is on. Contact your webhosting company and let them know what you want to do.  If they can’t do it because you’re in a shared hosting environment then you might want to consider upgrading to Virtual Private Server hosting which will give you this increased control.

Step 3: ISAPI Rewrite

Here comes the cool bit. Now that you have told your DNS to send any requests with any subdomain to your webserver (Step 1). And you’ve told your webserver IIS that any request with an unspecificed subdomain should just go to your primary website (Step 2), we can now interpret these requests and handle them appropriatly .

ISAPI Rewrite does exactly this. It allows you to intercept URL requests and manipulate them. What we will do is take the part in front of your domain, the subdomain part of the domain, and append it to a querystring that you can then interpret.

Here is an example of what I mean:

Incoming request: http://user1.groupbox.com

Rewrites to: http://www.groupbox.com/filter.aspx?username=user1

The expression you need to use for ISAPI Rewrite is as follows:

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} (on)?

RewriteCond %{HTTP:Host} ^(?:www.)(.+)$ [NC]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} (.+)

RewriteRule .? http(?%1s)://%2%3 [R=301,L]

RewriteCond %{HTTP_Host} ([^.]+).groupbox.com$ [NC]

RewriteRule (.*) http://groupbox.com/filter.aspx$1?username =%1 [NC,L]

This may look meaningless to you but once you read a little bit about ISAPI Rewrite, you’ll quickly see where to put this code and you’ll be away.

Please take note that this will also remove the www from the front of all of your domain name requests. If you don’t want this to happen then only use the first line (to turn the engine on) and the last two lines.

Step 4: Handling the querystring

It should be obvious to you what to do now: you just need to create a page that will look at the querystring parameter and then send the user to anywhere you want, in this case it would lookup the username in your website database and send the user to their profile page. I haven’t been very detailed on this step because it will be different in every case but if you have problems then please contact me and I’ll help you.

Summary
This is quite a professional looking feature once you implement it. In some cases it may not be possible to do because of limitations on how much you can configure a shared hosting environment. Good luck.

Log Analysis Software Career In Information Security/Ethical Hacking

What is the entry level post?
Network Security Administrator
Application Security Tester
Forensics Tester
Ethical Hacker
Junior Security Auditor
Security Certified Programmer
Security Certified Information User

-What is the starting salary?

In India the starting salaries are of the range Rs 15K-50k depending on qualifications. For e.g- A person who has done B.Tech computer science along withh a security certification like MASE will normally get around Rs 30K as a starting salary and a person who has done diplomas etc with security certification like MASE will get around Rs 15K once he completes the probabation period. Then he moves on to drawing higher salaries with time and experience. Security sector is one of the highest paid sector in the world and for India it will be no different. The salaries go up to infinite range and security experts earn 15 lakh per annum and company’s CISO ( Chief Information Security Officer ) earns around Rs 25 lakhs per annum

-What is the growth curve like starting as a fresher, where can he go?

Network Security administrator -> Network Security Manager -> Security Officer -> Chief Information Security Officer
Ethical Hacker/Penetration Tester -> Security Consultant and Manager -> Chief Information Security Officer
Application Security Tester -> Application Security Developer -> Application Security Manager -> Chief Application Security Officer
Forensics Tester -> Forensics Manager – > Forensics head
Junior Security Auditor -> Security Auditor
Secured Programmer-> Security Project Manager

And many more…

- What is the industry growth rate both india and world ?

over 30% in India and around 21% in the world

What are kinds of DATA THEFT?

Theft of Intellectual Property/Softwares etc stolen -

These thefts occur at 2 levels

a) Ideation and Software design for the software – This means the theft occurs at a stage when the software is not made but thought of and designed. This can occur if any of your employees in the core project team leaves the company during the project and joins the competitor where he presents the same architecture. He can either have the documents of the software design or have the architecture in his mind. The theft can be prevented by implementing laws such as an employee is not allowed to leave a company midway of project, creating laws that abide him to do that ( employee contract) and heavy penalty enforced in case he does it. The theft can also occur technically by hacking into the project team’s individual laptops or computer when they are at home. This can also be prevented by processes and technical security which can be taught to them.

b) Theft of the software program – This is not that easy and is done in following ways
- Project is outsourced to a third party who copies the software and perhaps sell under different brand name
- Software program is stolen from the core team’s computer by hacking when they might take the software home for testing, coding etc
- Individual software uncompiled codes stolen which can be later combined to form the software ( E.g.- An Appin employee shares the security software code with friend from competitor company for checking the code, to prove his/her capability )

These thefts can be done intentially by your own employees for financial gain by using emails, removable devices or captured by hackers by using techniques of social engineering or technical hacking. For preventing these a team should be maintained for technical security, its up gradation comprising of security people, ethical hackers, security managers etc along with enforcement of laws and security processes within an organization. You also need to consult specialists in security, have regular training programs to stay aware about the latest threats and ways adopted. This is information age and you need to understand, implement and upgrade your information security skills, awareness programs on Information Security for everyone in the organization. Information can be leaked at all levels and hence should be secured at all levels

Other kind of data thefts that happen include customers databases, confidential proposals, strategy documents and even board room meeting minutes. Some case have been reported. For e.g – A famous Data Center had some client data copying in the past, A famous gas company’s statistics were stolen, Some other internet based companies are hacked and their data is copied often, even government information has been stolen by hacking into web servers and other attacks done by countries that are against India. I will not name a company because this is classified information. They could sue us for providing this information. Top companies have been hacked like we heard the recent case of airtel.
These can be prevented by taking measures as mentioned above along with special security consulting companies taking care of your information security

India is it equipped?

Though Indian companies has started adopting security but we still have a long way to go till it becomes a part of our psychology. We lock our houses but forget the same about digital information. We need more technical man power, companies should increase their budgets to save their reputation, clients and business secrets. We need to become a security conscious nation else our BPO and IT industry which is reputed in the world will lose its reputation and fall down on growth rates. We have to be more secured than any other nation . We are sure to achieve this if we all work together.

BPO’s

BPO & Data processing facilities are basically classified into different segments with respect to their capabilites, revenues , turnovers .
One is a set of huge BPO’s like Convergys, Genpact, HSBC, Wipro Spectramind etc which are very secured. The problem is still we have seen thefts in
HSBC, Wipro Spectramind in last couple of years.

Then there is another set of BPO’s which are smaller in size and don’t have adequate security processes and infrastructure. It is very easy to copy data, leaque data etc.
The reason is not that they can’t do it. They are just not aware and hence none of the employees are aware too.

Then there are very small BPO’s which are ranging froma head count of 5- 100 people which don’t follow security policies at all.

Thus overall Indian BPO industry needs to raise its standards in Security, take more training programs, consult experts as this is the primary industry of India and hence the reputation and revenue loss is big if a crime occurs
